1. Information We Collect

UnfollowSpy collects only the data necessary to provide the service. When you make a purchase, we receive your email address from our payment processor (Paddle) to issue your license key. We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or personal social media credentials.

The Chrome extension stores follower data locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data never leaves your device except as described below.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely to deliver your license key and to help you recover it if lost. We do not use your email for marketing without your consent.

3. Data Storage

Follower scan data is stored locally on your device. License keys and associated email addresses are stored securely on our backend servers hosted on Render.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Paddle as our payment processor. Paddle's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. We do not store credit card or payment details.

5. Data Retention

License records are retained as long as necessary to provide support. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
